This will give the browsers the ability to control the cache size, query and populate the contents, and trim cache contents on memory pressure. 	293e114d	2017-07-11T13:51:05		Add tests for the cache control extension. A first test verifies the validation of the extension, and a second compiles a simple shader and checks the cache behaviour.
