Jeff Gilbert 465d6090 2019-01-02T16:21:18 Add GL_ANGLE_provoking_vertex on D3D11 and GL. This extension is a subset of GL_ARB_provoking_vertex without the QUADS_FOLLOW_PROVOKING_VERTEX_CONVENTION query. Jamie Madill dd34b3b9 2019-01-16T09:59:54 Pack VertexAttribType enum. This improves performance slightly in vertex array format checks. Instead of needing to switch on GLenum values we can use packed arrays and tables to determine the values we need. Does not significantly affect performance but will enable future work.
