  Message : Vulkan: Disable EXT_texture_sRGB_R8 Due to a dEQP bug, EXT_texture_sRGB_R8 cannot be exposed before EXT_texture_sRGB_decode is available. This change disables EXT_texture_sRGB_R8 on the vulkan backend.
