Use per-channel fuzzy threshold Switches the fuzzy threshold used in Gold-backed pixel tests to be per-channel instead of the sum of all channels. This means that a difference of [1, 1, 1, 0] between two pixels will now pass, whereas before that would have required a threshold of 3. This is intended to only ever auto-approve changes that can be attributed to rounding errors.
