Mimic Paul Eggert's changes to Autoconf. * Makefile.am (automake, aclocal): Use `chmod a-w', not `chmod -w'. * lib/Automake/Makefile.am (Config.pm): Likewise. * m4/Makefile.am ($(top_srcdir)/m4/amversion.m4): Likewise.
