  Enable `errexit' shell flag in all tests cxx*.test.
  
  * tests/cxx.test: Add call to `set -e'.  Related changes.
  Bumped copyright years.
  * tests/cxxansi.test: Likewise.
  * tests/cxxcpp.test: Likewise.
  * tests/cxxlibobj.test: Likewise.
  * tests/cxxlink.test: Likewise.
  * tests/cxxo.test: Likewise.
