Further optimizations to come shortly anyway... - the FTC_CMapCache_Lookup function has changed its signature, charmaps can now only be retrieved by index - FTC_Manager_Lookup_Face => FTC_Manager_LookupFace FTC_Manager_Lookup_Size => FTC_Manager_LookupSize (still in private header for the moment)
