The color bitmaps are stored in the new FT_PIXEL_MODE_BGRA format to represent BGRA pre-multiplied sRGB images. [truetype] Support subpixel hinting. This is the large, famous `Infinality' patch to support ClearType bytecode which has been available from http://www.infinality.net/blog/ for some time, and which has been refined over the last years.
