  More work on supporting fonts passed from GhostScript:
  sfnt_dir_check now ignores the tables 'glyx' and 'locx' which are hacked-out
  versions of 'glyf' and 'loca' in some PostScript Type 42 fonts, and will
  generally be invalid.
