  strtol: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.
  
  * m4/strtol.m4 (gl_FUNC_STRTOL): Call AC_CHECK_FUNCS instead of
  AC_REPLACE_FUNCS. Move AC_LIBOBJ invocation from here...
