Restore xform fuzzer behavior from before c8d52f1c The intent was for the final transform operation to be the same as the first transform operation but without TJXOPT_COPYNONE or TJPARAM_NOREALLOC. Unrolling the transform operations in c8d52f1c4c7480277b91420c27b2548d4c8e9043 accidentally changed that.
