  Message : Disable GeoIP lookups in Webalizer and remove dependency on net/GeoIP. Webalizer hasn't had a release since 2014, and still uses net/GeoIP for doing GeoIP lookups. As the functionality isn't really useful with outdated databases, disable it and remove the dependency on net/GeoIP. While there, switch HOMEPAGE and MASTER_SITES to HTTPS. Users are encouraged to switch to www/goaccess for a general purpose web log analyzer supporting GeoIP2 and GeoLite2 databases. OK sthen@, jca@
