  Message : - replace 'ocamlfind install' based install with our own do-install target so that /usr/local/lib/ocaml/ld.conf doesn't get modified durring the build. idea from databases/ocaml-postgresql. NOTE: these ports need some more adjustment after unlock. they need @exec/unexec to properly tweek /usr/local/lib/ocaml/ld.conf. - add no-autoheader to quiet warning okay naddy@ pvalchev@
