Message : since there are not likely to be more dovecot 2.3 releases unless there's a security fix, cherry-pick everything important-looking from their 2.3-release branch. includes various crash fixes etc. also update the comment in replicator-queue.c as it was committed upstream. ok Brad (maintainer)
