Message : hydrogen: prepare to build with libcxx 16.0.6 The internal use of __decay clashes with std::decay_t internals. Move this local version out of the way. Upstream fixed this in a "refactor" commit. aja told me that updating ould likely be painful due to sndio patches, so use a one-line patch.
