  Message : update to conserver-8.3.0 - add config check in rc_pre - N.B., some config parsing that was previously case-insensitive is now case-sensitive. for example, if case differs between a "default" section and its use in "include", parsing will now fail. problems should be apparent from error output with "rcctl -d start conserver".
