Message : Mandoc understands enough tbl(7) now such that no relevant formatting differences remain, so drop USE_GROFF and bump. Some of the manuals look seriously ugly with both groff and mandoc, and in some cases, how mandoc handles the broken input is less ugly - this is no doubt unusually intense DocBook insanity...
