Message : Improve SHARED_LIBS handling a bit: - Give better warning in case of unusual SHARED_LIBS line; - Don't warn at all if shared libs bumping wasn't requested; - Handle (rare) SHARED_LIBS-foo case, see x11/qt5 for a legitimate case.
