Message : fix build with telephony/baresip/re 4.9.0, which removed deprecated TLS_METHOD_XX macros. https://github.com/baresip/re/commit/e11a4c584bdb0cb30dde9d4f3e8a7a5717506855 reinstate function call that was removed from restund due to a change in re that was later reverted (though the call does appear to be a noop anyway..) https://github.com/baresip/re/commit/331efdec338b6e8717a6307861e856d6b7653dbe
