  Message : Remove ac_cv_header_netinet_tcp_var_h autoconf cache, this header requires tcp_timer.h to be included first, otherwise compilation fails. Problems seen with net/scamper which required a source code patch to workaround when built from ports, but not when built stand-alone. Diagnosed by Matthew Luckie (scamper upstream).
