  Message : Remove MASTER_SITE_GEMCUTTER Gemcutter was replaced with rubygems.org, so remove the MASTER_SITES from the Makefiles and let MASTER_SITE_RUBYGEMS in ruby.port.mk handles things. OK sthen@ "if the checksums still match"
