  Message : update to scapy-2.4.5 (2.5+ aren't compatible with src/regress; add comment explaining this). Override bundled "six" with a newer version that works with Python 3.12 (problem reported by anton). Adjust conditional dependency on py-cryptography so that it's only added on archs with rust (otherwise scapy could no longer be pkg_added on i386 which no longer has rust).
