    Message : If OK to read flag is set, don't set write space to buffer size. Avoids a problem where after fpurge(), putc() characters to a read-write FILE may be lost. If this doesn't work, gnulib accesses FILE internals. From Eric Blake in FreeBSD PR 137819. ok yasuoka@
