* man/ffi_call.3, man/ffi_prep_cif.3, man/ffi.3: Update dates and remove all references to ffi_prep_closure. * configure.ac: Bump version to 2.99.9. * configure, doc/stamp-vti, doc/version.texi: Rebuilt.
