  Message : Fixed bug 2232 - Version Mismatch in VS2013 Solution File Joe LeVeque Line 3 of SDL_VS2013.sln file reads "# Visual Studio 2012" instead of "# Visual Studio 2013" which causes Windows to associate the file with Visual Studio 2012, if installed, instead of Visual Studio 2013.
