	f9adb453	2015-02-18T21:31:21		Removed redundant include statements from test programs. The needed header files are already included with SDL.h. Still including them in the test programs is confusing because it somehow suggests they would be needed.

I'm probably one of the very few people building SDL for android using classic configure + standalone toolchain, so this has gone undetected all along.
