  fix CheckCOCOA on modern CMake
  
  Modern CMake doesn't need "LANGUAGE C" for Objective-C
  set_source_files_properties(${COCOA_SOURCES} PROPERTIES LANGUAGE C) should be removed fro video/cocoa/*.m as well otherwise project won't compile
