Vulkan: Include minImageCount in swapchain check The following VVL error has been firing for traces run in landscape mode: [ VUID-VkSwapchainCreateInfoKHR-presentMode-02839 ] vkCreateSwapchainKHR(): pCreateInfo.minImageCount 4, which is outside the bounds returned by vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceCapabilitiesKHR() (i.e. minImageCount = 5, maxImageCount = 64). On Android, rotation can cause minImageCount to change. We need to detect this as an out of date swapchain.
