Revert "Instantiate rx::DisplayEGL when device type EGL is selected" This reverts commit 7455b54401dd55833944b5ad857ccd9852ef6a79. Reason for revert: This appears to break the "Linux FYI Ozone (Intel)" bots on the chromium.gpu.fyi waterfall. Ozone means ChromeOS.
