Revert "Fix tsan failure of test FixedQueue.ConcurrentPushPopWithResize" This reverts commit 24dabdbbeee213d7a1fd01a70cddacc1949d3b26. Reason for revert: This did not completely fix the bug. q.full() still accessing mMaxSize.
