Suppress failing end2end tests on direct-to-metal/M1 Two tests from UniformBlockWithOneLargeArrayMemberTest fail when using the direct-to-metal backend. Suppress until this is fixed. This CL also adds parsing for the Mac M1 chips to our end2end test expectations.
