Vulkan: end2end tests when descriptorSetCache is disabled Some end2end tests are testing specific descriptorSet cache behavior. When cache is disabled, these tests failed. In this CL these perfCounter based tests haven been modified to check total allocation to ensure the descriptorSets are properly reused instead of cache hit/miss.
