Expose VK_EXT_global_priority and VK_EXT_global_priority_query To implement EGL_NV_context_priority_realtime, VK_EXT_global_priority and VK_EXT_global_priority_query should be exposed. With these extensions, we can query supported global priority and set global priority for the Vulkan queue.
