Fix assertion failure with EGL_FOREVER_KHR. Calling eglClientWaitSync passing EGL_FOREVER_KHR overflows std::chrono and causes an assertion failure. This prevents optimization of Chromium's backpressure fences. Clamp the internal wait value to 1 day.
