Account for EGL 1.5 version when dealing with robustness EGL 1.5 spec allows for EGL_CONTEXT_OPENGL_RESET_NOTIFICATION_STRATEGY and EGL_CONTEXT_OPENGL_ROBUST_ACCESS enums to be passed in to eglCreateContext. Update the validation layer and queries to account for the new enums.
