Vulkan: Use storeOp=None more opportunistically Previously, storeOp=None was used when the attachment was in "read-only mode" and storeOp=Store. With this change, storeOp=None is used more opportunistically when it's deemed that the attachment was not written to, regardless of if it was put in "read-only mode" (a construct added to support read-only depth/stencil feedback loops).
