Tests: EGLMakeCurrentPerfTest loads GLES Following https://crrev.com/c/4812049 which makes warmup call glFinish that requires GLES to be loaded. It's the only test that hits this - LoadUtilEGL isn't normally called by tests. Breaks on perf bots.
