Avoid dirty texture swizzle state when there is no change Some applications (for example surfaceflinger on Android) may set texture swizzle at every call even though there is no actual swizzle change. But we are not checking against redundant state calls and is always setting texture's DIRTY_BIT_SWIZZLE_* bits. This caused vulkan backend free image views which in turn forces VkFramebuffer recreation. This CL check the swizzle state and only set dirty bits if it actually changes.
