Inline GetVertexFormatID using lookup tables Before this change the switch produced >1KB of assembly due to all the branching. This reduces the .so size by ~3KB and avoids the function call into a seemingly cold page. No obvious perf improvement in my tests from just this change. Changing underlying enum type to minimize table sizes.
