FrameCapture: Filter program setup calls This CL adds filtering to shared setup calls based on whether a resource is used during the frame capture. Calls that are filtered out will not be written to SetupReplayContextShared. This eliminates setup for unused resources. This has become critical for apps like Fortnite that compile tens of thousands of programs before running any frames. This can take multiple minutes to perform before rendering a frame. To achieve this, we do the following: - Add an active status to every call (default to TRUE). - Mark setup calls for tracked resources to FALSE during MEC. - During the run, track for any use of the resource, and mark its setup calls back to TRUE. - Enable tracking for ShaderPrograms.
