Add missing validation code The validation code for below GLES 3.2 entry points is added: GL_TexParameterIiv GL_TexParameterIuiv GL_GetTexParameterIiv GL_GetTexParameterIuiv GL_SamplerParameterIiv GL_SamplerParameterIuiv GL_GetSamplerParameterIiv GL_GetSamplerParameterIuiv Also add extension check in validation functions of entry points that are exposed through these two extensions: GL_OES_texture_border_clamp GL_EXT_texture_border_clamp The validation functions of GL_OES_texture_border_clamp extension are moved to validationESEXT.cpp for readability.
