Reconstructed preprocessor.vcproj from libGLESv2.vcproj. There was something different about the project properties in release builds that caused std::vector to have different member variable offsets, leading to the samples crashing in Release builds. Removed stuff that was specific to libGLESv2.vcproj. Project now builds in all configs including x64.
