Vulkan: Reserve enough storage for ImageHelper::mSubresourceUpdates Most app specify textures from level 0 to level N, which works against std::vector storage grow scheme (which grows in size of 1,2,4,8,16). This CL simply reserve space for 12 mipmap levels to accommodate for most used texture sizes.
