Vulkan: Fix syncval errors with DONT_CARE for unused attachments DONT_CARE is a write operation for synchronization purposes. ANGLE doesn't synchronize depth/stencil attachments that are not written to, as it uses the read-only layout. This change makes sure LOAD/STORE_OP_NONE are used instead of DONT_CARE for attachments that are not used, even if they don't have defined contents. This allows ANGLE to continue to not do additional synchronization.
