Vulkan: Fix crash in async queue The change also fixes a regression introduced by 2d79918fdb0276cdb57488d72abd803250f962a3 which caused a segfault when async queue is used. Unfortunately, due to anglebug.com/6437, async queue tests are not run on the bots at the moment. This will be fixed in a follow up change.
