Add device lost handle after finishImpl It is possible that the during context destroy, when calling finishImpl, the vulkan device is lost, e.g. https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-ValidationLayers/issues/6447#issuecomment-1711479164. We should check vulkan device lost after finishImpl().
