Vulkan: Copy buffer data to correct cube map face TextureVk::copyBufferDataToImage() was failing to set region.imageSubresource.baseArrayLayer to the correct cube map face value, causing every glTexSubImage2D()-type call using GL_PIXEL_UNPACK_BUFFER to only copy to the GL_TEXTURE_CUBE_MAP_POSITIVE_X face.
