Disable supportsExtendedDynamicState on ARM There are multiple issues with dynamic states on ARM. Previously we have disabled individual dynamic state that had issues, but it turns out some dynamic states need to be enabled/disabled together for tests traces to work correctly. Disabling the supportsExtendedDynamicState until all the issues are addressed.
