Vulkan: Remove ContextVk::retainResource and retainImage() Clean up some retain* APIs. retainImge and retainReadOnlyResource and retainResource are doing exact same thing, they are consolidated into just retainResource. ContextVk::retainResource is removed since mUse can now safely copied from DescriptorSetHelperPool object which tracks mUse.
