Vulkan: improve memory type mismatch issue. for dynamic buffer usage, the memoryTypeIndex returned from findMemoryTypeIndexForBufferInfo not used. if we add more flags like VK_MEMORY_PROPERTY_HOST_CACHED_BIT at alloction. the actual memory type allocated may not have such flag.
